Caesarstone Kitchen Worktops

CaesarStone manufactures quality quartz surfaces for a variety of applications for your home design: kitchen quartz countertops (worktops), bathroom countertops and backsplashes, wall paneling, quartz floor tiles and more.

With over 70 colours, textures and finishes, CaesarStone offers global customers the widest possible range of designed quartz surfaces with the finest texture options available in the quartz surface industry today. We expand design possibilities even further by offering a choice of three distinctly different finishes: Polished, Honed (matte) and Viento (textured).

CaesarStone is the original quartz surface manufacturing company that introduced pioneering innovation in the field of quartz surfaces. CaesarStone's quartz surfaces are ideal for virtually any interior surface from kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities and stairs, to wall panelling and interior furniture.

CaesarStone offers the industry's widest range of colours and structures and meticulously meets the demands of even the most exacting residential and commercial clients.

All CaesarStone's quartz surface products are manufactured from up to 93% quartz (one of nature's hardest minerals) and high-quality polymer resins and pigments that are compacted under intense vibration, vacuum, and pressure into dense, non-porous slabs. CaesarStone's quartz slabs are then post cured, gauged to precise thicknesses, and polished to an enduring shine. This results in surfaces that retain the cool, tactile qualities of natural stone while offering design freedom with almost unlimited application possibilities.

Although long used for the finest residential countertops, CaesarStone also offers an attractive and versatile finish for commercial and institutional buildings. Our quartz surfacing is tough enough for wear and tear on virtually any interior surface, and attractive enough for any design inspiration.

All of our Caesarstone worktops are hand crafted to individual requirements with a full templating and fitting service available to ensure a perfect installation.

Caesarstone FAQ

Q. How durable is CaesarStone?

A. CaesarStone is resistant to all kinds of cracks, chips, scratches and stains. However, like most materials, excessive force and/or pressure may cause damage to the surface.

Q. How stain-resistant is CaesarStone?

A. CaesarStone's Quartz Surface is non-porous due to the physical properties of the quartz components of the surfaces. Quartz in itself is an inert, non-absorbent mineral and therefore makes CaesarStone's surfaces resist most stains caused by fruit juices, liquid food coloring, coffee, tea, wine, grapes and soft drinks. It is important to note that CaesarStone's maximum stain-resistance qualities make sealers and waxes unnecessary.

Q. Does CaesarStone withstand heat?

A. CaesarStone is more heat resistant than other stone surfaces including most granite, marble and limestone; and is not affected by temperatures lower than 150°C (300°F). However, like all stone material, CaesarStone can be damaged by sudden and rapid temperature changes. Therefore, we suggest that hot pots and pans never be directly placed on the surface. We also recommend a hot pad or trivet be placed on the surface under cooking units such as electric frying pans, crock pots, or roaster ovens.

Q. How do I maintain CaesarStone's natural beauty?

A. Simply wipe with warm water and soap using a damp cloth or paper towel. Grease, grime, hairspray, or messy makeup spills easily disappear! Normal cleaning with a damp cloth will keep your CaesarStone polished surface looking like new and to avoid dulling the surface, make sure to use a non-abrasive cleaner.

Q. Can CaesarStone be used in food preparation areas?

A. CaesarStone quartz surfaces are nonporous and are perfectly suited for kitchen areas, or wherever food is prepared, as they greatly reduce the potential for bacterial growth. CaesarStone surfaces are free of mold and bacteria due to the use of quartz as a key ingredient. Endorsed by the Public Health and Safety Company (NSF) in accordance with international NSF 51 sanitary standards, CaesarStone surfaces are industry approved for installation in hospitals, restaurants, hotels and more.

Q. How do I remove stubborn stains?

A. Use a damp, soft cloth with warm water and soap. If needed, apply non-abrasive, household cleaners (a non-abrasive cleaner will not dull the surface shine). To remove adhered material such as food, gum, nail polish or even dried paint, first scrape away excess material with a plastic knife and then use a damp cloth to remove any marks or residual dirt. For extra-stubborn stains, a 3M Scotch-Brite pad is recommended along with a detergent recommended by your local CaesarStone distributor.

Q. Do I need to apply a sealer to CaesarStone?

No. CaesarStone quartz surfaces are totally non-porous, and you will never have to use a sealer or any other kind of wax.

Q. Can CaesarStone be used outdoors?

A. Some of our customers have installed CaesarStone outdoors, but we do not recommend this application as our products have not been approved for prolonged exposure to UV rays.

Why choose CaesarStone worktops for your kitchen?

CaesarStone kitchen work surfaces combine quality and class in a modern kitchen or contemporary kitchen

Being man-made, CaesarStone is stronger than granite and non-porous

Quartz worktops are extremely durable and can be cleaned using virtually every known cleaner.

Quartz is a man made product and as such do not require sealing as it has a very tough exterior surface which is resistant to staining
